As a business traveler from Auckland, New Zealand, choosing the Holiday Inn for a corporate retreat was a wise decision. the seamless late check-in process after a long, tiring drive exemplified their exceptional customer service. Despite arriving well past the regular check-in time due to unexpected mechanical issues, the staff remained understanding and accommodating, ensuring a stress-free experience. The well-maintained rooms at the hotel provided a comfortable setting for remote work, with ample space to set up a workstation. the complimentary Wi-Fi allowed for smooth connectivity, enhancing productivity. the fully-equipped meeting rooms catered to our business needs effectively, offering a conducive environment for hosting conferences with amenities like a business center and 24-hour reception. While I enjoyed the tranquility and relaxation provided by the indoor pool and jacuzzi, the absence of the hot tub due to remodeling was a minor drawback. However, this small inconvenience was offset by the overall excellence of the hotel's facilities and services, making it a top choice for business travelers like myself. When conducting business with nearby companies such as Stewart & Stevenson, Ingersoll Rand, or AT&T, the Holiday Inn stands out as a convenient and accommodating option for hosting successful corporate events.
